* Plan and monitor crew rotations, pooling & assignments
* Forecast manpower needs in line with fleet expansion
* Coordinate closely with manning offices on recruitment flow
* Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC & company manning standards
* Support performance reviews, promotions & vessel management team readiness
Ideal for candidates with 3+ years Marine HR experience (shipowner/shipmanager), strong documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
