The post holder will work as part of the team who support the Legal Team. The post holder will provide an efficient and effective administration support with specific responsibility for the processing of Subject Access requests to the Trust in relation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Access to Health Records Act 1990 in line with local procedures.
Hours per week: 35

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to work as an admin assistant, who can prioritise, work well under pressure, with experience in a healthcare setting.
The successful applicant will work within the Legal Team and broader Corporate Affairs and Governance to support the delivery of Subject access and legal team functions. You require a flexible attitude to working and an organised, professional manner. You need to be able to manage your own workload effectively,
The role will be primarily based at Macclesfield District General Hospital and you may be required to travel to the Trust's community hospitals and peripheral sites.
The post includes provide an efficient and effective administration support to the Directorate with specific responsibility for the processing of Subject Access requests to the Trust in relation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Access to Health Records Act 1990 in line with local procedures. and general administration duties. Experience in IT systems is essential.
This post reports to the Subject Access Facilitator.
