Mitie is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale cleaning services across Southern England & Wales.
Location: Swindon | Southern England (regional role)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm (flexibility required to meet business needs)
Mobile position: Company car offered.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage the service delivery, operational performance, and day‑to‑day operations across the regional portfolio.
* Identify risks and opportunities; lead regular operational and strategic performance reviews with the client.
* Work closely with operational teams across multiple locations to build a high‑performing, engaged, and inclusive culture.
* Manage regional and site‑based client and stakeholder relationships, leading service reviews and governance meetings.
* Visit sites for client meetings, department walk‑downs, and audits.
* Ensure operational KPIs and SLAs are met.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven senior operational management experience within Facilities Management, Warehouse, or Logistics.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
* Client‑driven, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented mindset.
* Motivated, proactive personality with strong people skills.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, operationally complex environment.
