Reward Analyst
We are partnering with a leading FTSE-listed global fintech organisation that is seeking a talented Reward Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering data-driven insights across global reward programmes, helping to influence strategic compensation decisions that impact the business worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead analytics for the annual pay and bonus review, providing accurate and actionable insights.
* Build, maintain, and enhance complex compensation models to support global reward decisions.
* Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into compensation trends and metrics.
* Prepare and analyse gender pay gap data, producing clear insights for stakeholders.
* Partner with global Reward and HR teams to support data-driven decision-making across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong analytical and modelling expertise with a proven track record of applying it to reward programmes.
* Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar).
* Exposure to reward or compensation functions in a UK-listed or global organisation.
* Comfortable working with large datasets, performing quantitative analysis, and producing actionable insights.
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
