Classroom Support Assistant

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work in classrooms across different subjects, helping pupils understand tasks, stay focused and build good learning habits. It’s a rewarding role with lots of variety.
Your responsibilities
* Supporting individuals and small groups during class
* Encouraging positive behaviour
* Helping teachers prepare resources
* Providing simple explanations and guidance
* Supporting pupils who need reassurance or structure
You’ll be a good fit if you have
* Experience with young people
* A warm, patient approach
* Strong communication skills
* An enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
