Responsibilities
* Partner closely with Marketing and IT to leverage the customer experience platform (Medallia) to collect customer experience data across multiple channels and for several touchpoints across the customer journey.
* Set and execute CX strategy, system design and architecture, system integration, data validation, system operations, survey design (including mobile survey design) and voice systems integration.
* Perform data analysis, textual analysis, develop dashboards and reporting tools, and deliver periodic presentations.
* Act as a primary user and subject matter expert for the Varian CX system, ensuring it meets business needs and provides actionable insights that directly support actions to achieve business KPIs.
Technical Expertise
* Medallia Product Certified (MPC)
* Experience with the Salesforce platform
* Proficiency in SaaS platforms, databases, ELT, APIs, OAuth 2.0, PGP, and workflows
* Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
Professional Skills
* Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and the ability to design solutions that drive efficiency and adoption.
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong relationship‑building skills, fostering trust and credibility with enterprise customers.
* Track record of driving customer adoption, value realization, and retention through strategic guidance and technical expertise.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills with business, team, and customers.
* Extensive experience managing internationalization projects.
* Previous experience in the medical services industry.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
* Willing to travel up to 10%.
Project Management Skills
* Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional collaboration; Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience preferred.
* Ability to balance competing priorities and ensure successful project outcomes, including incorporating new technology, change management, and managing stakeholder expectations in an international organization.
Base Pay Range
$134,910 – $185,504. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
