Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join the Ultrasound admin team at Castle Hill Hospital. You will manage the waiting times for patients within the Radiology team so as to ensure that patients are imaged and treated within the national waiting times and will ensure an effective and efficient administrative service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of the Trust’s Waiting List Policy and in meeting performance targets, quality and activity targets.
* Maintain continuous development and maintenance of processes.
* Communicate at all levels, work flexibly and organise and prioritise your own workload.
* Assist in the management of Inpatient, Outpatient and GP Waiting Lists within the Radiology Administration Service.

Person Specification
Education & Qualifications
* 4 GCSEs or equivalent (grade 4 or above)
* NVQ Level 2 / BTEC equivalent, preferably in Customer Service or Administration
* Good IT skills
* Customer care training / telephone skills

* Previous Administration experience

* Experience of providing a service to patients/customers
* A proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
* Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbally
