Events Administrator

The Role
As an Events Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administrative management of our diverse portfolio of events. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Logistical Management: Oversee and maintain all event schedules, delegate lists, and booking systems with meticulous attention to detail.
* Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and external partners to ensure all contractual obligations and requirements are met.
* Financial Administration: Support the team with budget tracking, invoice processing, and managing financial records to ensure fiscal responsibility for each event.
* Communication & Documentation: Prepare and distribute all essential event materials, including professional communications, invitations, registration forms, and comprehensive event documentation.
* On-Site Support: Provide crucial on-the-day support, assisting with event setup, guest registration, and on-site logistics to ensure a professional and smooth delivery.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly capable professional who possesses a strategic mindset and an unwavering commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in an administrative or coordination role. Prior experience within the events industry is highly desirable.
* Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a high level of comfort with various event management and booking platforms.
* Attributes: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Flexibility: The ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to support on-site event requirements.
