Thames Park Secondary School, part of Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust, is looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our PE department. We are seeking a PE Teacher, to enhance our students' knowledge and make a positive impact on our learners.
The successful candidate will predominantly teach PE across KS3 and KS4, but the timetable will include a 2nd core subject. Please indicate your preference or experience in teaching a 2nd core subject in KS3 or KS4 on your application form.
The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, efficient, and committed to raising standards. They will have excellent subject knowledge and will join a highly motivated team of collaborative teachers dedicated to a creative and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, and to instilling a passion for sport in our students.
The ideal candidate would be someone capable of inspiring students, with a passion for Sport and an understanding of the impact teaching can have on learners, making learning enjoyable and inspiring.
The ability to offer a second core subject, such as English, Maths, or Science, is essential. We seek a candidate who can contribute effectively to another key area of the curriculum, as well as to the PE department.
