Salary: £450 – £500 per week
Full time or temporary positions available.

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding SEND schools based in in Burgess Hill. You will work closely with class teachers and other professionals to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), SEMH, speech, language and complex learning needs.
Your role will involve providing tailored one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils to access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. With your encouragement and care, you’ll help create a positive, structured, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN teaching assistant you will have the following;
1. Comfortable working with children of all ages
2. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
3. A passion for working in education.
4. A caring, patient nature
5. Friendly and nurturing qualities
6. Drives- desired but not essential
