Customer Liaison Officer
Croydon
12 month fixed contract - Up to £29,988.00 per annum, Car Allowance or commercial vehicle.
We’re looking for a Customer Liaison Officer for a 12-month fixed contract to support our Croydon contract, delivering exceptional customer service and engaging in social value activities.
You should be customer-focused, passionate about service, a confident communicator, active in your community, and detail-oriented. Experience in influencing others, delivering training, and working to regulations and KPIs is essential.

Principle Accountabilities include:
* Working with the Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience, engagement, and social impact.
* Providing frontline training and acting as a brand ambassador.
* Supporting customer and community activities, managing communications, and delivering training.
* Handling complaints professionally and ensuring appointments are attended.
* Fostering positive relationships and supporting customer engagement.
Role Criteria:
* Previous customer service experience.
* IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a full driving license.
* Effective time management and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to handle complex situations and negotiate effectively.
* Experience in social housing is preferred.
All roles require the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available. To drive a Mears vehicle, applicants must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
All roles are subject to DBS/Security checks.
