At RAC Legal Services, we’re hiring Legal Advisors to provide expert, telephone-based legal guidance to our members and corporate partners across a wide range of private law areas.
As you build your expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to train in new legal disciplines and be recognised for your growth. For every advanced module you complete and demonstrate competency in, you’ll receive a £1,500 salary uplift; a reflection of your expanding value to the team.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver accurate, empathetic legal advice by phone across core areas of private law
* Apply RAC Legal Services policies and insurance product knowledge with clarity
* Handle escalated complaints professionally and within agreed service levels
* Log all calls and case details using our legal case management systems
* Support the team with legal research, training, and administrative tasks
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, the Data Protection Act, and other legal standards
What You’ll Bring
* Law degree (LLB) plus a postgraduate qualification (LPC, LLM, LSF, or BVC) or equivalent legal/insurance certification
* Strong communication and listening skills, with a customer-first mindset
* Solid understanding of foundational legal areas in contract law, civil litigation, tort law, personal injury and/or statutory liability
