Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Area Manager to lead our Stroud Construction and Vocational department.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of vocational and construction staff
* Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
* Coordinate timetabling and curriculum planning
* Liaise with awarding bodies to maintain compliance and excellence
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
* Some experience in motivating and leading a team
* Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks
* Knowledge of awarding body requirements and processes
* Confident in managing timetables and operational planning
* Curriculum design and development
