Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Location: St Neots Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Salary: £26,000 About the Role: Join our client as a Customer Experience Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll manage enquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help how maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritise customer enquiries via the CS mailbox. Process sales orders accurately within 24 hours. Resolve complaints, credit returns, and invoice disputes promptly. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Support service enquiries, including warranty replacements. Uphold compliance with GDP, ISO 9001, and other quality standards. What We’re Looking For: Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and proficiency in MS Office. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
