The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of hotel fit-out projects, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where leadership, planning, and commercial awareness are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of mechanical delivery across fit-out projects
* Control project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
* Manage procurement of subcontractors, plant, and materials
* Oversee mechanical installation and sequencing of works
* Drive safety, compliance, and quality assurance at all stages
* Prepare weekly project progress reports and attend progress meetings
* Lead coordination meetings with design teams and specialist contractors
* Maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
What You’ll Need
* 5+ years’ experience in mechanical project management (M&E contracting environment essential)
* Proven experience managing hotel or commercial fit-out projects
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Commercial acumen and ability to manage CVRs
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
