An exciting opportunity has been made available for an End User Build Support Engineer to join Santander within the T&D Infrastructure and Service Operations organisation, where you will collaborate with a team of fellow Engineers providing support. A focus of this role will be to leverage your expertise in Modern Device Management, particularly Microsoft Intune and associated technologies, to provide efficient and effective support for end-user technologies. Your ability to troubleshoot, configure, and communicate will be instrumental in delivering excellent support and ensuring the smooth operation of devices and applications. The difference you'll make: Supporting users and demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, address Intune L1, L2, and L3 issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution Providing expert guidance on Autopilot and profile configuration Showcasing proficiency in Cloud Management Gateway and MECM Utilising extensive experience to deploy and troubleshoot MDM Devices Configuring Service Application, Device Enrolment Programs, and app protection policies Troubleshooting complex issues related to multiple Device OS platforms What you'll bring: Expertise and experience in Microsoft Intune, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting Proficiency in Autopilot, profile configuration, Cloud Management Gateway, and MECM Experience in MDM Device deployment, Service Application configuration, and security policies Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SSL certificate configuration, and AAD proxy setup Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-101) Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate It would also be nice for you to have: Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Certifications such as CompTIA A, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are desirable Attention to detail in software deployment and configuration practices What else you need to know: We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
