Job Summary
Take food and beverage orders and deliver efficiently to guests, ensuring excellent service and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and take orders following established service steps.
* Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
* Understand menu items, advise guests, and accommodate dietary needs.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely delivery.
* Communicate effectively with guests and staff, handle complaints, and keep the dining area clean.
* Operate necessary equipment and assist during special events.
