The Head of Reward will lead operational reward activity within region as well as drive forward reward strategy aligned to business goals

Description
* Develop and implement reward strategies within assigned region that align with organisational objectives.
* Oversee the management of compensation and benefits programmes.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure reward policies support talent retention and attraction.
* Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive reward offerings.
* Provide expert advice on reward-related matters to HR and business leaders.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
* Lead on EU Pay Transparency Directive project
* Manage relationships with external suppliers and reward service providers.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Profile
A successful Head of Reward should have:
* Proven track record operating at Senior level within total reward within large, complex organisations
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Experience collaborating with senior leaders to develop and execute reward strategies.
* A thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the field of rewards.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working within European or Global remits
