Care Assistant role at Care Concern Group – Join the Oakbank Care Home team.
Oakbank Care Home is a new and luxurious service in the heart of Crieff, offering personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care. We invite kind, reliable and compassionate individuals to the day shift. Full training and support will be provided – all you need is a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Contract details
* £12.70 per hour
* £500 welcome bonus, paid in two instalments: £250 after three months of service and £250 after six months of service.
* Full and part time available
* Paid PVG, free uniform
* Pension scheme
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full‑time hours)
What You Will Do
You will provide warm, person‑centred care that supports each resident to live well every day. From helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting residents during meals, engaging them in activities and conversation, you will bring comfort, companionship and dignity. You will also support our team in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment, and always be alert to any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:

* Willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team
* Passionate about providing excellent care
A qualification such as Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential; we will support the right person to train and succeed.
