House of Errors is a British menswear fashion brand rooted in design integrity, cultural relevance, and a community-first approach. We've built a growing customer base through organic marketing, authentic storytelling, and purposeful design. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking to bring in a Digital Marketing and Ecom Manager to help scale our digital efforts — carefully and strategically.
The Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital performance — with a strong focus on Meta Ads, e-commerce optimisation, and email marketing. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with experience in fashion, or luxury DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Meta Ads Management
* Build and manage campaigns through Meta, google and other platforms, focusing on acquisition and remarketing
* Develop creative testing plans, audience targeting, and performance scaling strategies
* Manage ad spend with a clear focus on ROI and brand integrity
* E-Commerce Management
* Take ownership of our website and user journey
* Identify and implement CRO strategies to increase our conversion rate.
* Manage on-site merchandising, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
* Email Marketing
* Plan and execute email flows and campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
* Own email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue contribution)
* Digital Strategy
* Collaborate with the founder to define the digital marketing strategy across channels
* Create performance reports and actionable insights
* Align performance marketing with the organic, cultural tone of the brand
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in digital marketing for fashion, streetwear, or luxury e-commerce.
* Track record of managing Meta ad campaigns
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
* Data-driven and performance-oriented, but respectful of brand tone and aesthetic
* Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, creative environment
