CNC Turner Programmer, RECRUITMENT HELPLINE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).
Salary: Competitive Salary, depending on experience.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.
About the Role: An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join a well-established company. Due to their fast-growing business, the company has a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set‑ups, tight tolerances, and full component production from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision.
* Program and set multi‑axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately.
* Consistently produce high‑quality components to exact specifications.
* Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential).
* Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow.
* Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

* Industrious and detail‑oriented, with a problem‑solving mindset.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
* Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (30 min lunch).
* Friday, 7:30 am – 1:30 pm.
