The Grimsby Institute is part of the TEC Partnership, a large, innovative, and financially sound organization. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to join as Investigating Manager, responsible for conducting investigations into Employee Relations cases, facilitating meetings, attending hearings, and handling appeals, while creating clear reports and advising on policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable investigative experience, handle cases objectively and impartially, and possess excellent communication skills. Applications from various sectors are welcome.
