Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. The business is expanding quickly, offering an opportunity to play a key role at a pivotal stage of growth.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee group-wide finance activity, ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong controls, and provide commercial insight to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate, timely reporting for UK and Irish entities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple sites
* Strengthen internal controls and ensure statutory compliance
* Support audits and manage external auditor relationships
* Provide clear financial analysis to inform decisions
* Support acquisition integration and process improvements
* Manage cash flow and financial risk activity
* Develop and support the finance team
About You:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
* Strong UK and Irish compliance knowledge
* ERP/financial systems experience
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
* Commercial mindset and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
