The Role:
As a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a diverse portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for all property management matters. You'll enjoy regular site visits and the chance to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Supported by an experienced team, you'll have the autonomy and trust to manage privately held commercial properties for long-standing clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
1. Manage commercial investment properties across the wider Bristol region.
2. Conduct inspections and prepare service charge budgets.
3. Ensure landlord services and statutory compliance.
4. Liaise with tenants and oversee rent and charge collection.
5. Arrange maintenance and manage insurance cover.
6. Notify clients of rent reviews and lease renewals.
7. Support new business generation and cross-selling.
Client Management
8. Deliver timely reporting and attend client meetings.
9. Maintain strong client relationships.
10. Identify PR opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
About You
11. Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards).
12. Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Resilient under pressure with strong time management.
15. IT proficient (Microsoft Office and relevant packages).
16. Full UK driving licence.
