Are you a marketing or communications professional with a proven track record at a senior level in the arts or cultural sector? Are you inspired by the idea of playing a key role in a unique organisation with a powerful mission. The Story Museum is looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing, communications and audience development strategies to meet income and audience targets.
As an active member of SMT, the Head of Marketing and Communications will contribute to the organisation’s leadership, business planning and review.
Key responsibilities include devising and overseeing the delivery of innovative and targeted campaigns across all marketing and communications channels. The postholder will also take the lead in monitoring, evaluation and communication of the Museum’s impact. They will make an important contribution to overall strategic planning and sustainability by leading the Museum’s Box Office function and supporting the work of the Programme, Learning, Development and Commercial teams with marketing and communications support.
