New fully-funded game studio with the Dream Team of veteran Founders.
YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a community lead for our upcoming MMORPG! The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the game, the community, and content, staying attuned to community needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build a vibrant, enthusiastic community around web3 gaming.
* Design engaging experiences on our Discord to increase community engagement.
* Create and manage multiple Discord servers, including strategic planning and bot integrations.
* Address potential issues affecting project revenue, such as player unrest, exploits, and technical problems.
* Identify key community members for collaborations, investment, and press opportunities.
* Liaise with game and marketing teams for events.
REQUIREMENTS
* Acceptance into, attendance, or graduation from a competitive 4-year college program.
* Public speaking experience (e.g., personal podcast, debate club, YouTube micro-influencer).
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Experience with social media, live streaming, and digital content.
* Native English speaker.
* Located in North America, South America, Korea, Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan.
DESIRABLE
* Experience with social media management tools like Hubspot.
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
* Experience as a content creator or micro-influencer.
* Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin.
