g2 Recruitment invests heavily in the development of our people, and due to continued growth across our business, we are further expanding our Learning & Development (L&D) team to bring onboard an additional Academy & Systems Trainer into our London office, with some travel to other sites.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who loves recruitment but is looking to take a sidestep from a 360 role into a sales support position. At g2, we have an organic growth model, and all consultants are hired as trainees. Developing new starters quickly is key to our success and growth. Responsibilities
1. Deliver a variety of sales training programmes for new starters.
2. Deliver recruitment systems training across all applications (CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, MI Reporting).
3. Work closely with managers within the business to ensure key stakeholder relationships are built, developed, and maintained.
4. Ensure training records are logged and kept up to date.
5. Conduct 1:1 training using a variety of training and coaching techniques.
6. Provide prompt feedback to managers on team performance and support strategies.
7. Track and monitor the progress of individuals’ development to evaluate training effectiveness.
8. Coordinate and manage the logistics of all training sessions.
9. Design and update training sessions as needed.
Qualifications
1. Experience within a 360 recruitment position.
2. Able to travel weekly to different offices.
3. Interest in building a career within L&D.
4. Diligent and organized.
5. Ability to build relationships at all levels.
6. Languages: French, Dutch, or German.
7. Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary: €32,000 - €39,000 + 10% performance bonus upon completion of probation.
