Job Description:
Are you an experienced and passionate leader in children’s residential care? Liquid Personnel are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children’s home in London, supporting young people aged 11–17 with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

What will your responsibilities be?
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care that meets regulatory standards and promotes positive outcomes for every young person.
1. Leading and managing a team to deliver outstanding care and support
2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
3. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
4. Building strong relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals
5. Driving continuous improvement and maintaining a culture of excellence
Benefits:
6. Base salary of £53,000, with potential to earn up to £60,800 through bonuses
7. Ofsted performance bonuses: £3,000 for Outstanding, £1,500 for Good
8. Full occupancy bonus: £400 per month

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
15. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a management role within a children’s residential setting
16. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
17. NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent)
18. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, the Children’s Act 1989, and Care Standards Act 2000
19. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
20. A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends as required
