Job Title: Technical Supervisor – M&E Building Services
Location: East Anglia region
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Training + Organised progression plans

About the Role:
I am seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to join my client’s team, to be based mobile across East Anglia. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 10 engineers who perform maintenance tasks across this large, busy region with nearly 500 sites. You will spend 60% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
* Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.
* Provide technical support to the engineering team to assist with M&E planned & reactive repair/maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 equivalent or higher in Mechanical or Electrical trade
* Proven experience in a similar M&E Maintenance Supervisory or Leadership role.
* Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&E systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Driving licence is required
