WEEKEND BREAKFAST CHEF - 16 hrs
£15.00 per hour / £12,480 per annum + monthly service charge payment.
16 hrs per week over Saturday and Sunday
* 4 weeks holiday increasing to 5 weeks with service.

The Role
Supporting our full-time team of Chefs and 2 Breakfast Chefs over the busy weekend period.
* Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet as well as preparing and cooking hot food items to order

* 2 days, 16 hrs per week. Shifts are 6.00am to 2.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
* As well as experience of preparing breakfast dishes you must be a methodical and organised worker to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly.

Join Darrel Wilde, our Executive Chef and his team creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. Our Kitchen Brigade creates dishes for our 3 Rosette Grillroom, 2 Rosette Reflections Restaurant as well as our Banqueting, Room Service and Lounge operations.

* Prove at an interview/trial the ability to cook a range of breakfast dishes
