Area Sales Manager: West Midlands – an exclusive opportunity to drive the sales of construction brands in a field-based role. Experience in plant, construction, or heavy equipment sales is essential.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the sales growth of the division by generating sales leads through effective networking, referrals, and prospecting.
* Identify, penetrate, and close business opportunities to a successful conclusion, while identifying and securing additional opportunities such as parts and service.
* Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure correct specifications for orders are delivered to customers.
* Actively develop a network of customer relationships with both new and existing clients.
Qualifications
* Experienced within the heavy plant sector, ideally in a machinery or parts sales role.
* Motivated and target-driven.
* Self-starter able to manage own responsibilities and working day.
* Customer-focused mindset with credible sector knowledge.
* Flexible approach to work.

* Salary: GBP 50,000 per year + guaranteed Year 1 commission
