We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide one-to-one care and companionship to older adults in their own homes. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive.
Flexible hours – mornings, lunchtimes, afternoons, evenings, or a combination that suits you.
What You’ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised support to help clients live independently and happily at home:
1. Provide companionship and emotional support
2. Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
3. Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
4. Administer medications and provide reminders
5. Promote independence
6. Deliver one-to-one care with minimum of 1-hour visits
What We Offer
7. £12.75–£13.75/hour (£24.50/hr on Bank Holidays)
8. Paid travel and waiting time
9. 35p/mile mileage
10. 28 days’ holiday (pro rata)

Qualifications
About You:
• Naturally caring, reliable, and patient
• UK driving license + access to a car (essential)
• Right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship
• Seeking flexible, rewarding work with purpose
• Capable of working 10 – 20 hours per week
• Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
