What You’ll Do
* Plan and manage daily van & HGV fleet movements
* Monitor and ensure timely collections and deliveries within SLAs
* Support maintenance of O’Licence compliance and vehicle condition
* Lead and support the driver and transport team, including agencies
* Handle day‑to‑day administration, including tachograph analysis and paperwork
* Monitor costs, report on KPIs, and contribute to operational improvement
* Support and implement change initiatives across transport operations
* Ensure health & safety, legal compliance, and accident investigations
Additional Info
Rotating shifts: Mon‑Fri / Tue‑Sat. You must be flexible to work outside standard hours when needed and provide support away from the normal location of work on occasion.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced transport environment
* Strong understanding of UK/EU driving regulations & tachograph law
* Excellent team leadership, communication, and planning skills
* Comfortable working independently and making quick decisions
* Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Good local and national geographical knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* HGV licence + Driver CPC
* Management CPC qualification
* Experience with Isotrak, Paragon, or similar systems
