* Location: Predominantly Remote Working - open to candidates based anywhere in the UK
* Hours - Full Time or Part-time applicants considered - must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends - 35 hours across 7 days on a rota basis

You will support the whole team in offering choice, and advice, and securing leads from digital adverts and organic searches online ready for an onward clinically-led patient journey in one of our practices. As a Lead Generation Consultant, you will be;
Providing complimentary consultations to all patients whilst discussing their needs and available treatment optionsManaging the patient journey end to end Providing telephone and video consultations to customers who have booked in via our websiteTaking inbound calls via our dedicated teeth straightening lineResponding to social media enquiries whilst ensuring marketing materials and campaigns are fully utilisedLiaising closely with practices to carry out a weekly data update Discussing financial options with customersEnsuring that patient data captured is accurate and up-to-dateWorking closely with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager to ensure any new initiatives are implemented, the team is working well and sales targets are being met

A self-starter who can prioritise their own workload to maximise customer conversionConfident in providing feedback Passionate about providing more than just customer service but an outstanding patient experienceExperience in approaching and engaging patientsAbility to understand and deliver KPI and targets Able to build strong relationships with the internal and external parties and team membersDemonstrates full flexibility across 7 days a weekExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience and ability to use IT and softwareDemonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
