As a trusted recruitment partner to our client who are a leading independent accountancy, business advisory, and financial planning group, we are delighted to present this exceptional opportunity for a Personal Tax Partner. What you'll be doing:
* Providing expert, high-level personal tax advice and planning to a varied portfolio of clients, including individuals, families, trusts, and estates.
* Building and maintaining strong, enduring relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and point of contact.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented team of personal tax professionals within your chosen regional office.
* Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our clients personal tax client base within the local market.
* Ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and technical excellence in all personal tax matters.
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax legislation and ensuring compliance for both the firm and its clients.
* Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the tax function within your region and the wider firm.
* Collaborating effectively with other service lines within the firm to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
What you'll bring:
* Extensive experience within personal tax, gained within a reputable accountancy practice.
* Proven ability to provide complex tax advice and manage a diverse client portfolio.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and motivating others.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive and commercially aware approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
* Demonstrable business development skills and a desire to contribute to the firm's growth within the regional market.
* A thorough understanding of UK tax legislation and its practical application.
