Salary: £33,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:
* I am looking for a candidate who is TOGAF certified with in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices, capable of producing clear and concise architectural documentation.
* The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills to lead the development of architectural decisions and solutions.
* I require experience in identifying architectural challenges and proposing innovative solutions to address them.
Responsibilities:
* I expect you to analyze our current technologies to detect critical deficiencies, legacy issues, and technical debt, recommending solutions for improvement while considering the Digital Strategy, available resources, and capital planning.
* You will lead the design of the future-state technology architecture, analyzing the enterprise business context (business strategy and trends), as well as change requirements and transition plans.
* You should carry out horizon scanning, identifying emerging trends and their potential impact and opportunities for the organization, driving digital innovation by leveraging innovative technologies and approaches.
* I need you to identify priorities for change to enable delivery at pace, leading the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable change.
* It will be your responsibility to establish architectural principles, policies, standards, and develop governance to ensure adherence across the delivery lifecycle, providing guidance for the solutions, data, and technology architects.
* You will develop and maintain a framework for architectural modeling, documentation, and graphical representations.
* I look forward to you guiding the organization in making appropriate business, technology, and data decisions, considering re-use, security, sustainability, and scalability to achieve value for money and reduce risk.
