The Ideal Person
A construction-related degree in Project Management or a similar discipline, with proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-facing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication ability and a proactive, client-focused approach. Experience managing programme, cost, quality and risk across multiple project stages is essential, alongside the ability to prioritise workloads and deliver to deadlines.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring effective control across all key project drivers. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing projects through all lifecycle stages from inception to handover
* Monitoring and controlling programme, cost, quality and risk
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Supporting business objectives by delivering value for money
* Ensuring compliance with procurement, commercial and contractual strategies
* Maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards
* Identifying opportunities to support business development and secure repeat work
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy team
