Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately through internal systems, ensuring service standards are met and escalating issues where necessary. Handle customer queries by phone and email, including pricing, quotations, and custom requests. Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and manage bid-related documentation.
