We are looking for a Commercial Support Officer who will help us earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by delivering consistently excellent service.
Role details
Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Commercial Team to facilitate the adoption of multi-utility networks from our construction partners.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Woolpit
Contract type: Fixed Term

Your key responsibilities
* Process customer quotation requests in line with relationships, company rules and service standards while supporting the best possible solution for customers.
* Assist in negotiating, improving and following up quotations to increase BUUK's success.
* Liaise with customers on acceptance, approval and progression of quotations through to the Technical Team.
* Process invoices in line with relationships, company rules and service standards.
* Liaise internally and with customers to resolve queries.
* Assist in producing statistics for internal management reporting and external customer reporting.
* Assist in the administration of signing up new customers.
Qualifications
Experience/knowledge: Previous administration experience.
Abilities/Skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
* Good attention to detail.
* Good at working in a team.
* Ability to communicate effectively with external customers.
* Good customer service ethos.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
* CSCS Card.
* Knowledge of the utility industry.
* Ability to think strategically.
* Negotiation skills.
