We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team, as a Sales Administrator. This is an exciting and varied role within a fast-paced environment at a leading manufacturing company in Witney.
As a key member of the team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that support the sales and production process, from order processing to dispatching products. If you are organised, proactive, and thrive in a busy office setting, we would love to hear from you!
Key Duties:
. Liaise with Production to understand daily product availability and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
. Communicate with Customers, providing them with shipping updates and order tracking information.
. Process Customer Orders and generate Order Acknowledgements to be sent to clients.
. Maintain Sales Records and customer databases using IT systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
. Provide Administrative Support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and maintaining open order books.
. Organise Exhibitions and promotional activities to support marketing efforts.
. Generate Serial Numbers and documentation for orders.
. General Office Duties as needed, including filing and assisting with various administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills, a strong communicator, efficient time management, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed.
