Duties and Responsibilities Contribute to the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.
Assist in delivering pharmaceutical care to meet patient health needs.
Assess patient well-being within the context of prescribed medicines.
Manage the movement and storage of medicines.
Establish and maintain effective communication about pharmacy activities.
Modify and organize data, information, computer records, and stock management documents.
Contribute to the development and implementation of services.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For GPhC registration is essential.
NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
6 months of experience in either a hospital or community setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 37.5 hours/week.
Contract Type: Permanent.
