About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and keen to grow your career in a dynamic and people-focused environment? We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team, providing first-line support and ensuring smooth delivery across a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, reward, performance, and engagement.
This is a permanent role based from our Northampton office 4 days per week and 1 day remote if required.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
* Manage the HR inbox and redirect queries to the appropriate team members.
* Maintain accurate employee data and support payroll processes.
* Produce and issue employee letters and contract amendments.
* Ownership of the employee onboarding and exit processes.
* Support low-level ER cases.
* Provide co-ordination support to Recruitment and L & D, as and when needed.
About you
* Previous experience in a similar HR role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
