We are seeking a proactive and professional Exhibition Host / Visitor Engagement Assistant to represent our company at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, held at ExCeL London.
This role combines classic stand host responsibilities with engaging conversations to identify potential business opportunities for our B2B travel product. You will work alongside two experienced sales managers on a small stand.
Key Responsibilities
* Warmly welcoming and registering visitors to the stand.
* Starting and maintaining professional conversations to understand visitor profiles.
* Using a short script and materials provided to identify potentially relevant business visitors.
* Collecting visitor details and directing qualified leads to sales managers.
* Providing general information about the company and product.
* Serving coffee/tea/water for guests when needed.
* Keeping the stand tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times.
* Distributing brochures/giveaways and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience as exhibition staff, brand ambassador, hostess/host, or in another client-facing role.
* Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Confidence in short business conversations and ability to follow a script to qualify visitors.
* Professional appearance, punctuality, and proactive attitude.
* Ability to multitask and remain focused in a busy exhibition environment.
Working Conditions
* Dates: 4–6 November 2025
* Times: 09:00–18:15. Daily briefing at 09:00.
* Location: ExCeL London, UK.
* Rate: £350–£450 per day
* Additional: Full briefing, product one-pager, and short script will be provided.
