Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant Required
Location: Cowbridge
Hours: Full-time (08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday)
Pay: £90 – £110 per day, dependent on experience (paid weekly)

Are you a confident Welsh speaker looking for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive primary school setting? We are currently working with a welcoming school in Cowbridge seeking a dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils in a Welsh-medium environment, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will play a key role in the classroom, working closely with the teacher to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed.

Your Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons through the Welsh language
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
* Assist with literacy and numeracy development
* Prepare classroom materials and learning resources
* Encourage positive behaviour and active participation
* Support pupils’ confidence and overall wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident Welsh speaker (spoken and written)
* Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive and willing to take initiative
* Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
* Commitment to a full-time role
