Sales account manager

We are a multi award winning care agency company having around 20 offices around the country looking for a Sales account manager post for its new office in Aylesbury. This position would be best suited for people with sales experience or recruitment experience and who have worked in the care sector in a similar role, but full training is provided. This position attracts a basic salary, with a generous bonus structure for the right candidate. This role will combine a multiple of tasks and offer an opportunity to develop skills across the organization within our new office .
Candidates would need to demonstrate previous sector experience and be able to bring and onboard new client relationships they have previously gained within a similar role or use their expertise and skills to close new business.
Part 1 of this role will Assisting in the office with the recruitment and registration of new agency staff. Following a recruitment process from start to finish. Enabling staff to go out to work in the care sector through our award-winning care company .
The main part of the role will include managing a database of clients within the Aylesbury, Milton keynes and surrounding region ,in a field sales advisor/ account manager role, Contacting to arrange visits to care homes in the area to discuss and understand there need and requirements for care agency staff, with a greater emphasis on, gaining new accounts/clients, selling our services to b2b, along with ongoing account management. Explaining or pitching to administration staff or home managers, our service and product.

OTE is in the region of around 24k-32k pro rata depending on experience
