A data controller is needed for one of our aerospace customer programs. This role will be part of the configuration management function which enables our customer to meet contractual obligations to fit, form and function for their products. The Data Controller responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast and accurate typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage. Ultimately, a successful Data Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems, including drawings, specifications and other documents. Responsibilities:- Accountable for the correct issuing of drawings and other materials from the Document Management System as requested by all functions and production personnel. Responsible for the generation, update and maintenance of the Technical Control Manuals (TCM's) for various projects on site.
