TRG is seeking a dynamic IPT Analyst to support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Systems Sustainment and Readiness Directorate (SSRD) with IPT support and acquisition assistance.
This position is currently in-person at contractor facilities in Stafford, Virginia, and Marine Corps facilities in Quantico, Virginia. Core hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) documentation, providing detailed comments and improvement recommendations.
* Assist in developing and refining MPT-related policies, processes, analysis reports, and training plans to support Marine Corps acquisition programs.
* Represent the MPT function in IPT meetings, working groups, and other collaborative sessions to provide expert input and ensure alignment with program objectives.
* Perform focused analyses to identify manpower, personnel, and training requirements and gaps, contributing to program readiness and sustainment.
* Contribute to designing and implementing analytical tools and models to support MPT planning; develop draft reports to inform program decisions.
* Prepare presentations, summary reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders on MPT-related findings and recommendations.
* Coordinate and support MARCORSYSCOM-related meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
* Compile MPT reports from various programs and maintain an organized, up-to-date repository of reference materials.
* Work closely with MARCORSYSCOM's senior MPT specialist to ensure integration of training and personnel planning into the broader acquisition strategy.
* Support efforts to align training development and delivery with operational needs of the Fleet Marine Force and lifecycle sustainment goals.
Qualifications
Education, Clearance, and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Active Secret security clearance
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or equivalent
