Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Community Services Team, managing people, performance, and resources effectively.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures supporting the organisation’s strategic delivery plan.
3. Design and develop innovative, customer-centric service solutions, leveraging digital technologies to promote mobile working and enhance customer access.
4. Ensure effective scrutiny of FCHO services, reviewing compliance against RoSH Consumer Standards, and making recommendations for improvements to the Executive Team.

Ideal Candidate
* Level 5 Housing-related qualification or willingness to attain it.
* Relevant academic, vocational, professional membership, or equivalent experience.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development in leadership, social value, and customer service.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
