You may assist a child with tasks or provide general support as well as be able to modify behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you’ll need to have experience in childcare or teaching, or something with relevant transferable experience, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines. Strongmunication, patience, and the ability to follow the teacher's directions are key.
