Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Audit Senior to join their expanding audit team.
The Role This is a hands-on, client-facing audit role offering real variety and responsibility.
Youll lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, while building strong relationships and supporting junior team members.
The role is available on a part-time basis (from 22 hrs per week) or full time, with hybrid working and flexibility around hours and location.
Key responsibilities include: Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, with manager/partner support Developing a strong understanding of each clients business and risk profile Identifying and assessing audit risks and ensuring appropriate audit responses Reviewing audit work and supporting the development of junior team members Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements Youll work with a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, charities, and organisations across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality. xxuwjjq
About You ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Previous experience within an audit and accounts practice environment Confident leading audit assignments and working directly with clients Strong understanding of audit standards, quality and regulatory requirements Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and developing others Committed to continuous professional development Whats on Offer Part-time or full-time working (from 22 hours per week) Hybrid working and a culture that supports worklife balance Highly competitive salary, negotiable Office days can be based at any of the offices across the South West, including Swindon, Bath, Trowbridge, Cirencester, Chippenham, Bristol and Taunton.
